Having owned a Real Estate portfolio myself, efficient personal service is so important in this industry. It is what makes agencies stand out above the others. Nisha just doesn’t stand out, she exceeds all expectations of a landlord. The worries are gone having my Mums (dec) property in Nisha hands. Thank you for all you do Nisha.

Nisha Property Management

We’re very happy with Nisha - she is definitely a ‘do-er’! Nisha has great communication, she is highly efficient and doesn’t beat around the bush which we really like. We have complete trust in her savvy instincts and know that she will do the best by us and the tenant. As we hadn’t tenanted a property for a long time, Nisha has guided us through the process, rules and regulations and was spot on with her rental estimate. Nisha secured a tenant quickly and with a minimum amount of fuss which saved us from having an empty property. We highly recommend Nisha - she is exactly the reason why we signed with a small owner operated business and not through a franchised real estate operation. It’s the little things that make all the difference.
