I recently engaged Michael to sell my property in Nairne. After meeting Michael at an open inspection over 5 years ago he remained on my radar for future opportunities. During this time he was a source of excellent information on the market and the area in general. I valued his advice so when it came time to sell there was no need to interview other agents. From the initial discussions I had great confidence in his ability to get excellent results without being pushy. He is highly organised and is an excellent communicator. He follows up effectively with potential buyers and kept me updated regularly without me needing to chase him. When it came to negotiating offers he did so in a way that showed he had both vendor and potential buyers best interests as his highest priority. He is well supported by his assistant Sarah. I have bought and sold with other agents in the past and this experience was far superior.
