Having raised her two daughters and having numerous family members that live locally, Louise also has developed a broad knowledge of the local area. Louise also has family that are involved in the real-estate industry and they have encouraged her to advance into the real estate side of sales. Wendy is a well-known real estate agent in the Jimboomba and surrounding areas and has been offering her professional services for the past 17 yrs. Having spent the last 10 years as Principal/Licensee with a well-known brand name, Wendy has made the decision to move forward by opening a new office operating under her own brand. Having resided in the area for the past 38yrs with her husband and two daughters Wendy has seen many changes and is looking forward to the future developments that are planned for the area. Wendy prides herself on always being available to speak to her clients personally and to offer professional advice when needed. Prior becoming a real estate business owner Wendy studied, worked hard, obtained her full real-estate Licence, worked her way up and became a Real Estate Sales Manager and Trainer and is responsible for the training of many new Agents operating in the area today. Wendy strongly believes that it is a privilege and there is nothing more gratifying than being involved in selling a home for an owner and enabling them to move forward towards their next adventure or working with a buyer and observing their excitement when they find their dream home. Property management is also a huge achievement for Wendy as she has personally grown a substantial rent roll through her own business development knowledge and is always available to offer advice to experienced landlords or the investor that is wanting to build a rental portfolio.
