Absolute Professional
It was a pleasure having Linda sell our home. Extremely friendly and she knows the local market inside out. It was not an easy sale due to the depressed market at the time but not once did this deter Linda from exploring every avenue to attract a buyer. Very Good Local Agent
Linda and her team are excellent sales agents for the Hillarys locality, having knowledge of all recent transactions, potential buyers currently in the market and their housing expectations and budgets. Our home was open on both Saturday and Sunday of a weekend and on Monday evening Linda presented 4 offers for our consideration. One of which was accepted and now finalised. An outstanding achievement. She had given us realistic advice regarding pricing the property - not telling us a price to "buy" a listing. Well done Linda and team Glen & Gwyn

Linda and the Nobel Avenue Team are Fantastic!!!
I went to Linda as soon as I knew I needed my property sold ASAP. Linda has sold properties within my family before and she has always delivered beyond expectations. This time was no different. Made selling house a breeze
After mum entered a nursing home I had the job of selling her unit. We chose Linda Noble of Noble Avenue because of a referral from someone working in real estate. Linda gave us plenty of advise on how to present the unit for sale for maximum appeal and value. We took Linda's advise on board and the unit sold within 2 weeks on market.
