I met Warren at few opens prior to the open for the house that we ended up buying. He would provide all the information about the property and is very aware of the market, the suburb in which the property is and pretty much everything one would want to find out about the property in question. Even though, it was our agent who did everything on our behalf - negotiations, paperwork with Warren and his team, I can certainly say our experience was very pleasant and Warren is really good at what he does.

I scoped out a number of agents before settling on Warren Paas of Noel Jones Real Estate. I found Warren to be very polished and professional as well as completely transparent and open throughout the entire sale process. It was refreshing! Selling property can be, at times, incredibly stressful but to be honest, I didn't have a care in the world. Warren, Laura & team did a great job selling our property in a fairly tough market. The original marketing strategy needed some tweaking after the first few weeks but once the online presence started to have an impact, buyer interest kicked in. This was when Warren and Laura could really exercise their selling & negotiating skills. The end result was a good price in a tough market that had lots of competitive properties in close proximity. We're very happy with their efforts.

Warren showed that he was professional from the start and sensitive to our situation as well as a through knowledge of the market and its fickle nature at this time. The campaign was well thought out and effective and our pricing carefully structured which gave us a good number of interested parties early on. Warren suggested we shortened the campaign to create some urgency while the interest was high and that worked well securing a number of offers within our expected price range. Warren and Lauren then worked with the potential buyers to establish each ones best offer and we ended up with a price that was at the very top of our expectations. The negotiations were handled expertly and the information and feedback provided was thorough and relevant. We first met Warren at an open home in Ringwood North when we were researching the market, and thinking of selling. That house wasn't right for us, but Warren's quick wit and professional approach made the experience memorable. Fast forward a month or so and we were at another of Warren's homes, but this time we were ready to start talking to agents. We organised for Warren and Team to meet at our house and from the outset we knew that they were the team for us. We went to market and it was a tough time. However Warren's persistence with buyers and open dialogue with us made sure we were realistic with what we wanted from Warren and what he wanted from us. We had complete trust in his negotiation with the successful buyers and got a result that we thought might not come our way, but with some flexibility on our end and the buyer's, a great result was achieved.
