The end result was such a great result due to Daniels hard & experienced work. The sale before Auction, with a pleasing end sale price, that Daniel was set on achieving. I am actually sad to end a ten year realtor/landlord/seller relationship with the team as I venture to other side of Melbourne, but I definitely will choose Daniel and the Assisi team again without doubt when I'm back in the Eastern Suburb market. Hi In my dealings with Daniel from Day 1, there was always a very Professional and transparent dialogue that assured me at all times of what was happening in the market relative to the sale of my home. Daniel's knowledge and understanding of what my requirements were at a minimum were always clear and his continuous updates and communication throughout the Open House viewings prior and post these gave me a sense that I was truly being looked after. His updates were continuous and his honesty in relation to making the house as presentable as possible in order to facilitate a good sale/auction where much appreciated. Daniel was fantastic. Not only did he get me the sale price i wanted, he know each individual buyer personally and what each biders motivation for purchasing were . He tapped into these motives and used them at auction to get the bidders excited about the possibility of owning my home. I appreciated his no bull approach and gave me a realistic understand of my target market and the improvement he suggested were on the money yo attract this targeted market. He was even able to organise common land insurance within 24 hours without me moving a muscle. I would happily recommend Daniel for selling your property.
