A big thank you to Brett, Tian & Ellie from Noel Jones Ringwood on the sale process of our home. From the outset at the initial meeting where a realistic appraisal was given which ultimately proved to be the catalyst in attracting a good level of interest for our property through to the seamless sale we were completely satisfied with our sales team. The photographer took amazing images which showed our property highlights in good detail, the plans drawn were accurate allowing prospective buyers due consideration following an inspection. The planning for the sale program was realistic and created a high level of interest allowing the sale date to be brought forward by 1 week. The communication throughout was appreciated and the accepted offer following multiple offers was a terrific result & will assist us in our 'next chapter'.
