Good Communication
Dylan always kept his word. If he said he would ring or email us, he did. He kept us up to date with regular calls, meetings and email. He was also prompt which is something we appreciated at busy times. The auction campaign was a success even though we had our doubts, he found our successful bidder. Thanks Dylan.
