I Peter Lamprell bid on behalf of my daughter Nova,who could not attend the auction. Whilst I am a very experienced property investor the fact I was looking at this property from a different perspective,namely Nova's first place she may own and live in,gave me a highened emotional feeling and uncertainty.. The manner that the auction was conducted was first class and in particular a strong personal attitude by Ted to all attendees was evident. The accomondation post auction from Jenny has been exemplory.
