About Kelsie

Kelsie Melville brings a fresh viewpoint to her role as an agent with Noosa Estate Agents. Her real estate career commenced 25 years ago when working for a national franchise in the Whitsundays, first as a Property Manager, then as a Sales Assistant and finally as a Project Manager. She has now come full circle back to Real Estate and believes her life experience and her ability to talk to people from all walks of life gives her an edge. For the last 18 years Kelsie, a successful business woman in her own right, has project managed her own investments, both commercial and residential in the Noosa area. Her knowledge of Real Estate in the local community is practical and hard won. Kelsie has raised her two girls in Noosa, managed her own business located in the Noosaville industrial precinct, while residing in Noosa Heads, Sunshine Beach and Noosaville. Her 20+ years of living and working locally gives her a wealth of knowledge to share with all home buyers and sellers. Having spent the past 25 years working with some of Australia’s leading agencies Scott has gained a thorough knowledge of the industry and formed a skillset only this kind of experience can provide. Selling 400 properties across Noosa with a combined value of over $400 million Scott continues to offer the highest level of professional service to all existing and new clients. Growing up in Mollymook Beach on the south coast of NSW and moving to Bondi Beach as a teenager, it was a love of the beaches and coastline that attracted Scott to Noosa 20 years ago. Now with two sons Thomas & Dylan who have grown up in the area, Scott is imbedded in the local community and proud to call Noosa home. In his spare time Scott is a keen golfer and enjoys time at the beach, walks around the coastline and taking the boat out on the river with family and friends. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

I cannot speak highly enough of Kelsie and Scott of Noosa Estate Agents, their service was faultless. Where Kelsie and Scott stand out, are their outstanding communication and negotiation skills, managing both me, the emotional seller and the potential buyers. The key difference friends commented to me about, who had used other agencies, was the quality of the marketing presentation of the home. Both worked very hard to achieve the best price, and in no way made me feel pressured at any point.

Excellent Marketing & Strategy
