Chrissie was always available to answer any questions. She worked tirelessly to comply with our request no matter what they were and nothing was too much trouble for her. Chrissie even rang us from New Zealand while she was away to check that we were happy with how the sale was going. The decision to assign the sale of my house to Sharolyn was a given. Sharolyn sold the house to me 5 years previous and knew the property well. Sharolyn went above and beyond in the preparation of selling my property investing time and effort into staging the property correctly with flow and coordination. Once I was convinced to 'meet' the market, potential buyers came forward and within the space of one more open house, the property was sold signed off the next day. Just amazing professional service from pre-listing, strategy advises, preparation for action, action and post selling, right to the final handshake. No stone is never left unturned and always in a smooth and gentle way of doing things in a supportive and motivating attitude.
