Kath helped Dad sell his house at a difficult time after mum passed away, and he needed to move to an aged care facility. We initially chose Kath because she was very personable and professional and had some good ideas on how best to market the home. Although my sister and I were the primary contacts for selling the house, and did most of the liaising with Kath, Kath made sure dad was respected and included in the process, even going out to see him at the aged care home to explain the next steps and sign some papers. Kath was kind and patient at a time that was difficult for all of us. She understood staging the home wasn't an option for us and worked around it. Her communication was excellent with very quick responses and we were always kept in the loop. Her offer to find a trade or ring around for us was truly appreciated and helped lighten our load at a stressful time. If you are looking for someone who ticks all the boxes, Kath is your person ☺️.
