The same name came up ... several times and that name was Adam Kuczynski from Eumundi. We contacted Adam and liked him from the start . We found him to be polite, genuine, always on time and always gave us feedback. These are the qualities we all hope for . Not only was he a terrific agent there were also excellent people in the office and recommended other people eg solicitor to help make our sale and transition as easy as possible. We had seen some sold properties in our area that Adam was handling with success, so decided to list our property with him after he had given us an appraisal.The photos were taken Tuesday, appeared on the net on Sunday , and a contract was signed on the following Friday, after 3 party's made an offer . One party was successful, and now we have been able to relocate to begin our retirement.Thanks so much Adam, fantastic result for all involved.
