We moved to North Brisbane Realestate (Tamara) after not being happy with our initial Property Manager at another larger Realestate. Tamara exceeded our expectations; we didn't have to follow up on anything, it was just done on time, everytime! It made the management of our rental property so easy, 'set and forget', so to speak. We also sold the same property with Tamara; she did brilliantly with getting it on the market asap and worked extremely hard to get the price we wanted in a short time! Honestly, I would not recommend if I wasn't impressed! Good work Tamara.........

Tamara and her team were amazing to deal with. From the proposal through to the sale she communicated promptly and with ease. I value a honest and transparent approach and that’s exactly what she delivered. In less than a week our house was photographed, advertised and sold for above our expectations. Highly recommend if you are wanting a honest, upfront and professional agent who goes above and beyond for their clients.

We selected three agencies that had sold properties in Moreton Bay LGA and then assessed the individual agents based on their individual sales over the past 12 months. Interviewing all of them either personally or online by facetime we selected Tamara above the rest based on her knowledge of the market and results achieved. Tamara and her team did not let us down; going above and beyond what we asked for both in practical ways and in information regarding the local market conditions. The choice was perfect. As interstate vendors we relied on Tamara who made the selling process much easier than we could have expected; she referred us to tradespeople, the staging company and a conveyancer who were just as professional and precise as Tamara is. Once the property was ready market the arrangements were made for photos etc. and then listed for sale where in less than a week the property was sold for an impressive price. We cannot thank Tamara and North Brisbane Real Estate enough for the way she/they helped us with the sale of our property. We can't recommend her more highly.

Tamara & Nathan made the process seamless. They gave us tips on staging the property which worked hand in hand with their strong negotiation skills and achieved us a sale price, well over what we were expexting. We can’t recommend them highly enough.
