Mark exceeded my expectations in all aspects. I could write an essay, but to summarise he is honest and transparent in giving information. He communicated so respectfully, I was 2000km away taking care of a sick parent, and when I would have been able to travel the border closed. I initially contacted Mark for a hypothetical chat, he was never forceful, and I was ultimately in control, but with a lot of support and gentle wisdom. He even coordinated tradesmen and met with them and gave me feedback. Amazing. From our first conversation to settlement was a 6 month period and he patiently had my back the whole time. I'm very grateful and he is absolutely recommended from me.
