Outstanding

It was so wonderful to deal with Idan when purchasing the property. Refreshingly, he is kind, considerate and caring and has bent over backwards to assist me ( and of course the vendor) to navigate through two flood events and other road bumps. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He responded promptly to calls, emails and messages ( there were many) and found solutions to problems that arose along the way. I love that Idan views the buying and selling of property as more than just a financial transaction- that homes are full of memories and emotions and that the involved people need to be handled with care and sensitivity. A superstar of an agent

Idan was brilliant from helping ascertain a realistic price, working out what tweaks would help to achieve this and recommending tradesman who proved to be reliable and efficient right up to providing advice on the market and helping me work through offers and acceptance of the final one. Throughout the process he was available and helpful and despite having TWO floods and numerous last minute emergencies still was able to keep his head when his client was losing hers around him. I could not recommend him too highly and would engage him again in an instant if I ever had to sell or purchase another property.
