I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve if you are selling your property. Having at first contracted another agency to sell my unit, with no result after 3 months & $3000 out of pocket for advertising and auction costs & a sign out the front that had only the agents name & contact number on it, I engaged Steve. I found Steve to be highly ethical & professional with an excellent understanding of the local market. He gave me good advice on making the unit more presentable for sale. He put up a Sale sign that was much larger than the previous agents, with an outline of the units features as well as several photos. The sign, photo shoot, printed brochures and internet listings were all included in his commission, not add ons. Steve was diligent & prompt in getting the property on the market and in his feed back following each open house or other enquiry. Steve is a good listener & gave me honest & clear answers to any questions I had. He went to great lengths to assist one prospective buyer who was interested in buying the property subject to a condition that would have needed body corporate approval. Steve's suggested listing price for the unit was realistic, and within a few weeks, I accepted an offer close to the listing price which I was more than happy with. Steve then kept both myself & my solicitor fully up to date as things proceeded through to settlement.
