Gavin sold us a lovely place in Broadbeach Waters, he was punctual, he was knowledgeable, he was friendly and allowed us to look around without trying to push us into a sale. He was a real nice guy to work with and negotiated with the sellers to get us the price we were willing to pay. He now managers the property for us, he has great systems in place and he really kept us informed through the whole process.
