Steve and Kerrie were amazing! It was great to deal with agents that are great communicators with out all the crap. Everything was explained well and I was kept in the loop with people interested in my home. The selling process was made very easily. I had dealt with many different agents through the purchase, sale, rental, or sheer interest in other properties and my experience with real estate agents was thrown into the same category as used car salesman and telemarketers. April 2018 my wife and i viewed a property that was being sold by Steve and Kerrie, ultimately we decided to put a contract on the house but we were in a similar position as most where we needed to sell our house to make the transaction happen. Steve and I were very much on the same page as to our houses value. Steve discussed how he wanted to price the property and the offers over was under where my wife and i wanted to be. My wife was apprehensive about the strategy and based on previous real estate agents we had dealt with she feared that Steve was just trying to flog the house off as cheap as possible to make some commission. I think i'm a pretty good judge of character, my immediate opinion of Steve and Kerrie were that they were good, honest people, and i'm not a real estate agent so i trusted their judgement and we rolled on. Steve organised photographs straight away. The photos are probably of the highest quality i had seen in any real estate advertisement, they were the reason we were initially drawn to the property they were selling that we ultimately purchased. We then proceeded through several open homes. Steve and Kerries ability to sort the time wasters from the genuine buyers was extraordinary. Steve and Kerrie kept us in the loop the whole time. Steve was contactable well outside of regular trading hours and at times was negotiating offers on a public holiday whilst spending the day with his family. Steve sold the house for exactly what we wanted and in good time. Steve and Kerrie are not only great at their jobs but they are great people. Steve was instrumental in the settlement process aswell, most agents draw the line once they have your money, but not Steve and Kerrie. Thanks guys!

Steve has a very professional approach to his work, and followed through on every aspect of the sale. He was reliable and we always felt he did his best to ensure that the sale was going to come together on terms that were satisfactory. Even after we had moved into our new home he followed up to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Good knowledgeable guy who knows his stuff.
