We first met Franky after a fruitless search for an apartment in Turramura area.
Finally we arrived at the Mirabell Apartment Development, where Franky was waiting for us. He briefly asked us the reason why we were keen to purchase an apartment in the area and offered to us to inspect several apartments that could suit our needs.
Franky was very calm, knowledgeable, in stark contrast to his colleagues, who would not listen, continually interrupted our attempts to speak out; and telling half truths.
Franky calmly showed us through several apartments, briefly outlining the key facts pertinent to the particular unit and other relevant factors. He allowed us uninterrupted inspection, answering our questions and remaining silent and discreetly out of our way. Very quickly we found the apartment we liked and made an offer it. We signed the contract within several days after meeting Franky.
We have met Franky again three years later, following our decision to sell our property at the Central Coast region of NSW.
We invited several local Real Estate agents, as well as Franky to carry out the sale.
Despite of the distance between Sydney and Central Coast, Franky was chosen as the sole agent.
Franky organised the sales campaign in record time and the property was sold within three weeks after erection of the “For Sale” board. During the selling campaign Franky handled all the routine matters with the potential buyers, saving us a lot of stress.
We were very pleased with the final selling price of the property.
We think very highly of Franky for his ethical approach to Real Estate matters, his verbal communication skills and an outgoing cheerful nature.
