I must say, from the start, you and your Team were on the ball, listening to our requirements and being patient with our preferences for the way the sale of Dad's property was handled. However, it was the advice you and your team provided and the clear interest and focus on our sales campaign that was an absolute winner. Obviously, this was an emotional time for us to sell Dad's house, and your personal experience and sensitivity to this was second to none. The auction day was handled brilliantly, it was simply first class. I've never experienced anything like it, I can only commend you and Mark and the rest of your team for the way it was conducted and handled.
