Lisa has cracked the code for selling property on social media! We sold our house in Freshwater off market in 6 days. Lisa uses social media, her database, her following of other agents, sponsored ads and daily fresh content to cover a lot of ground and present the property, suburb and local amenities in a way that helps buyers feel what it would be like for their family to live there. Static photos and tour videos even when shot well become stale quickly these days because people spend so much time on their phones. Lisa got a great result for us and the buyer got a better deal too because we had to spend $0 on marketing, renovating or styling. Lisa is well worth having a chat to.
