Billy was amazing from day 1. He went beyond the call of duty in selling our Lighthouse apartment. 3 inspections per week, always around to answer our queries even after hours and phoned and emailed us with his appraisals after each inspection. Billy is a young man with years of experience beyond his age. What a refreshing experience dealing with an agent who is pleasant, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. I’ve been looking for a few weeks and felt exhausted and disappointed with some of the agents out there who really could double as second hand car dealers , not billy . When I needed specific information on the apartment like measurements or extra photos etc he was straight onto it. Billy was also available anytime and nothing was a problem. We recently bought a property through Billy at Novak in Dee Why. We were bidding on a number of properties that Billy had for sale and he handled the negotiation professionally and respectfully. His communication skills are excellent. He is always there when you need him and responds to text messages at all hours. Our first introduction with Billy was 15th April at an open home. We have been looking in the area from Jan to downsizing with very specific request as to what we wanted. Billy was diligent in contacting us sometime twice a week to show us more properties. we came close 1 time was not successful. What I appreciated most was that Billy actually called me each time after text and emails. He kept his word and found us a home in less than 3 weeks. We have purchased quiet a few homes over the last 38 years . I believe Billy was able to find us home because Billy actually understood what we wanted.
