ACCORDING TO THE AGENCY, EVERYTHING IS LANDLORD'S RESPONSIBILITY. NO CORRECT EXIT PROCESS AND INSPECTION FOR THE TENANT VACATING. NO PROMPT EMAIL RESPONSE OR COMMUNICATION. NOT SCHEDULING INSPECTIONS ON THE WEEKEND BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN STAFFING ISSUE. VERY POOR.

We post a maintenance request about our roller garage door is not working more then one and half month ago which haven’t been fixed yet and we are unable to lock the roller because there no lock left to it they removed everything because our car park inside the garage so they took my car out without fixing the and then leave it like that i ask them so many times about when it will fixed and every. They told me its just gonna take few days and as for your guys assistance you guys been help me most of the time but in this time i havn’t received any kind of explanation about why the door is not been fixed or any kind of follow through.
