Most repairs done promptly
NRP Real estate are fairly good agents. Urgent repairs are attended to quickly such as plumbing issues. Receipts for rent and other payments are received within 48 hours via email and also available to view on the app. The property me app they use makes it easier to report maintenance and see your entire history of payments and billing and every other detail of the property you are renting for the entire tenancy period including periodic inspections well ahead of time . Rental payments are simple bank transfer. They do their best to work with you if you are having financial difficulties. However I only gave 4 stars because communication is often an issue and can be frustrating at times but otherwise very polite and friendly agents and easy to speak to, the office lady is lovely as well and does her best to help you with issues or contacting Jash or Naushad. I did recently receive a council bin bill for another rental property via email which she accidentally sent to me but I emailed her and immediately got a sincere apology and explanation from her.
