About Vanessa

Vanessa Tsokos began her career in the real estate industry in 1996 in a large office in the eastern suburbs after finishing school at Monte Saint Angelos College, North Sydney. From there she moved back to the lower north shore working as a assistance property manager in a leading lower north shore agency, within a few years progressed to Property Manager which ultimately led to department head as Senior Property Manager, managing a staff of 7 with a total portfolio of 1000. In 2009 Vanessa and Spiro welcomed a baby boy Jack and after a short time away, NSPM Property Services was established in 2010. Vanessa's 20 years of service has taught her how to avoid amateur mistakes and that nurturing relationships is vital, as management is much more than just collecting the rent. Recognising that management was no longer a one-size fits approach, Vanessa and Sprio realised it was time to offer their clients a new style of property management.

Exceptional

Our experience with NSPM and Vanessa has been such a pleasure. It's hard in the rental market to find agents willing to engage and return your calls. Vanessa's professionalism and attentiveness was exceptional. Her added personal touches and warmth made a very stressful situation for our family so much easier. Excellent service

Dear Vanessa, Thanks immensely for the surprise welcome we had this morning, transitioning into the rental property. Our dealings with you from start to finish was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The extra touch you put on, made us feel very special! Great agency with personal touch!

Vanessa has been a great agent looking after our property with our best interest in mind. NPSM Property is not the same as the other property agency. With NPSM you will be dealing with Vanessa for all the issues first hand and she'll follow up until the problem is resolved. This removes the issues of having to deal with different agent within the same agency in my previous experience.
