The team at Open Realestate went above and beyond to find great tenants and secured an excellent rental return for my property. Raymond and Alex were quick, responsive, and always professional. They also organised minor renovations, which were completed within a week. I couldn’t recommend a better team!

I can't express how much gratitude I have for raymond and the team at open realestate. They were quick at leasing my property out and found a great tenant

Tiffany was very responsive and meticulous in ensuring that everything was well prepared before re-letting my apartment.

When Tiffany informed me that the tenant had given notice to vacate, I mentioned my interest in doing some minor renovations before re-letting the unit. At the same time, I also wanted to avoid a lengthy vacancy period, Tiffany handled everything with impressive efficiency and foresight. Within just three weeks, she coordinated tradespeople, arranged professional photography, advertised the property online, arrange open inspections and secured a new tenant who began their lease promptly. Tiffany’s experience and expertise were invaluable throughout the process. She guided my renovation decisions with practical advice, sourced quotes to ensure value for money, and recommended interior upgrades like wall colours and carpet choices that enhanced the unit’s appeal. She also ensued all necessary repairs were carried out to high standards. Tiffany also provided me guidance on current rental market trends in the area, so I was able to decide on a more competitive rental price. Her professionalism stood out at every stage: she kept me well-informed, communicated clearly and courteously, and made the entire experience seamless. I couldn’t be happier to have had such a capable and dedicated real estate manager by my side.

Very happy with the service. Communication was always prompt and straightforward, and everything was handled smoothly. Professional, helpful and easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

The end result was completely satisfactory and I recommend them to anyone.
