Very Responsive & professional.
Tom was tremendous to deal with, he was through in his preparation prior to listing and engaged through the whole process. In particular Tom communicated very well verbally & by e-mail.

Affable agent and likable person

Tom is just the best.

I had not met Tom in person until after settlement was completed. All of our conversations were via phone or on Line. I had never purchased a house before and found myself 50, on my own, with some health issues and very stressed at times. Tom didn't know any of this. He treated me respectfully and very patiently. At no time did I feel pressured or embarrassed by my lack of experience in this area. It is because of the way Tom dealt with me, that I am now in my own home. I would recommend him highly.

Pleasing outcome
We used Tom to sell both our Sawtell properties recently, both of which we lovingly built ourselves. One of the homes was sold in an amazing 2 days for the full asking price! Throughout the whole process Tom was extremely communicative and promptly kept us up to date with any progress.He definitely goes the 'extra mile' to achieve a good result for his clients. Tom was always punctual, informative and helpful. We would say his honesty and integrity are outstanding. What helped us choose Tom as an agent was his 'fair ' valuation of our properties, he didn't overprice them just to get a listing. Of course, we did enjoy the bottle of Moet when we settled!
