I have been involved with NSW Real Estate for over 2 years with two investment properties. When I decided to sell them both I wasn't going to go anywhere else as the service had been excellent and the fees reasonable. I have bought and sold quite a few properties over the years and live a fairly busy lifestyle so I wanted an agent that I could trust to just get the job done with minimal hassle and minimal input from me. Tom was absolutely perfect. Just the right amount of feedback, updates and questions. He handled the whole sale on both properties from start to finish extremely professionally and I knew I could be involved as I felt I needed to be (which I felt comfortable leaving the job to him to be honest!) Tom has managed to sell both properties within weeks and contracts exchanged on the same day which was a pleasant coincidence but due in most part to his prompt communication with all parties involved to just get the job done effectively.
