Tom diligently negotiated a successful sale at the right price and carried the sale to conclusion effectively ensuing both the vendor and my needs were met. Adam wrote an great blurb for the property and ensured photos that made the most of the properties assets were taken. He kept me well informed through the whole process and ensured the price was right for the property so an effective sales campaign could be achieved. Not only were both Tom and Chris the right people for the sale the whole team led by Chris Biggs were excellent and I would highly recommend the team at NSW realestate for all my property needs

This is the 2nd time we have used Tom to sell a house for us and would have no hesitation in using or recommending him for this purpose. His attention to detail and support provided to us as sellers is unrivalled. His ability to know the market and the way buyers think is amazing and promotes the property to its utmost advantage to achieve maximum dollars for the sale. His follow up and constant communication in keeping us informed on the current status of buyers feedback and the market is excellent. Add to that to deal with him is exceptionally easy as he has a very friendly and easy to talk to by nature but is certainly tough when required. We gave him 5 stars as that was the maximum we were allowed to give.
