Grant's knowledge of the local market, National and International economic/political impacts was evident and his understanding of recent market treads acknowledged. This communication, the strategy and management of the sale over a period of time was extremely important. In this instance due to the nature of the sale processors were longer than anticipated with intricacies and sensitivities requiring, patience, composure, relationship management and interaction with outside subject matter experts.
