I was a previous tenant at a property managed by NTY and was treated well by the property manager and real estate agent when when the house I was renting was put on the market. A few years later I was in a position to rent out an investment property in Maylands and decided to use NTY. I have not regretted my decision. The property was quickly rented out on the first open house with a thorough report on the applicants references. Communication is timely and so far everything has gone well. Another reason I chose to go with NTY was the ability to use Brock as the sales agent if we ever decide to sell the property. So far no concerns or complaints
