Brock did an excellent job of managing the sale of my property, especially considering the complexities of the sale situation. He always kept me informed along the way and combined with his market knowledge and extensive real estate experience/skills he was able to adapt his approach to the marketing of my property in order to get an extremely quick result in a very depressed market. It took him only 11 days to sell my house and for full asking price, unbelievable! Brock was extremely approachable and very professional in all my interactions with him and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone who has to sell their property. One thing which sets Brock apart from the competition is that he is very honest and displays a strong sense of integrity/principles. Something that is very important to me.
