Grant has managed to follow up in person proactively and made sure everything was moving and transitioning. Grant is knowledgeable and care about my property equally like as if his other clients who may have more than one properties he manages for them. He will listen to what I am asking and also give the best solution for it. I really prefer his boutique agency which is not a chain like other big real estate names. The big chains just does not care about you as a client if you are a small potato.
