They told me what to expect and coached me through each stage; they were upfront about all costs; they answered my questions patiently and alerted me quickly if anything changed. We worked together to give prospective tenants a realistic understanding of my property, in order to find the right match. We did so within about two weeks - so a win/win/win, I think!
