Belinda was fantastic to work with on the sale of my mothers house. Her expert knowledge, responsiveness and past results were the key reasons we chose Belinda as our real estate agent. It was also a bit more complex than a traditional sale, as I was based in Melbourne and so communication virtually was going to be critically important as I was managing the sale on behalf of my mum. We worked together on expectations and price, and we had the most amazing result - we sold in 12 hours of the house going on the market. I would highly recommend Belinda and would definitely utilise her expertise again.

Belinda is very aware of the market conditions, she inspired great confidence, worked very hard on my behalf, informed me of the outcome of inpections promptly. Advertising was great, and no hesitation on getting the ball rolling with the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to use Belinda and her staff again, if I was in the market to buy/sell real estate.

This was the quickest and easiest sale. Our property sold straight away with many buyers showing interest. The whole process took place via phone and email from opposite sides of the country. Thanks Belinda xxx

From the moment we met I was impressed with Belinda's professional yet very friendly approach to the works she does so well. She delivered an excellent result even when we were somewhat frustrated by Covid-19 related setbacks. Her feedback following site visits by prospective buyers was prompt and to the point. I thank her for a job very well done.

I have known Belinda all her Real Estate Life probably 20 years. I have bought and sold about 20 properties thru her. The reason I use Belinda is she is the most competent professional real estate agent in the district and she has integrity.

We were very impressed with our overall experience working with Belinda. She was able at very short notice, to facilitate and conduct a very thorough inspection of the property we were interested in, providing us with a very high level of detail. Belinda was able to very smoothly and successfully, steer us through the whole purchase process which, can be a very stressful, quickly and accurately answering all our queries. In summary, we have been very happy with all our interactions with Belinda, who is a credit to the Real Estate industry
