I found Tayla to be very professional & friendly. She is very switched on. Tayla came to give me an appraisal on my unit. She knew of a prospective buyer & gave me an option of that person inspecting my property on the same day of her appraisal, making it clear to me that I was under no pressure to agree at that stage of our meeting. I agreed the prospective person could inspect my unit that same day. Tayla told me she would value my unit as high $400’s. Within 3 hours I had an offer of $475,000, which again Tayla explained I was under no pressure to accept the offer. I accepted the offer & the 6 weeks settlement. I would recommend Tayla to anyone buying or selling property. Her attention to detail, politeness & caring work ethic is to be commended. Jan Knight

I am very appreciative. Tayla has been responsive, informative, helpful and most importantly, kind. It’s been a very quick sale and purchase procedure , loaded with stress and she has made sure that her end of the deal, (the purchase) has resulted in me being able to move into my new home, cope with any difficulties that ensue, and is following up to ensure everything is attended to . A lovely personable young woman- I would recommend her any time .
