She advised me well on presenting my house and making suggestions that I was happy to follow. If I come back to Alice I will ask for her again and recommend her to friends. Unlike some agents I have met she listened to what I had to say suggesting other options when necessary. Just brilliant

We are very pleased that finally the property is sold despite a very challenging market. Lindsay was courteous and realistic in managing our expectation. We had good communications despite living in different state. He provided good advices in line with the market conditions and persevered instead of giving up.
