We sold a property that was within a developing estate and as such had few 'historical sales'. Lindsay listed our property at our asking price, was not pushy at all and gave us all the options to consider. His client list and local connections had our property under offer in under 24 hours. His respectful dealings with the buyer and ability to tap into his industry network assisted in the sale proceeding to settlement on time. From sign up to settlement Lindsay kept us well informed of every step (even though we reside interstate this did not impact on the progress and result whatsoever.
