I could not fault Judy. She worked so hard along with Liz to help me sell my house. She were honest and constantly in touch with me. When unsure that I could sell she was willing to help me find suitable tenants. They understood it was hard for me as my husband, and I worked hard on the house which was to be our retirement. They advised me with things I didn't always understand. Liz too. Thoroughly recommended.

This was the second time that we have used Judy Boyd and Liz Johnson for the sale of a property. Both ladies demonstrate strong customer delivery, excellent verbal and written communication and reporting that is timely. They were accommodating when we listed our property to listening to what we wanted but also honest in market trends both at listing and as time passed. We were kept informed of inspections both negotiating appropriate times to show our property as well as feedback from potential buyers.
