Buying our first home was such a huge and exciting milestone for us, and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us through the process. Bec went **above and beyond** every step of the way. She was approachable, honest, patient, incredibly responsive and always made us feel like nothing was ever too much trouble. She answered every question, kept us updated and made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and easy. What stood out most was how much Bec genuinely cared. We never felt like we were just another buyer or another sale. She understood how much this home meant to us and worked incredibly hard to help make it happen. As very indecisive homebuyers, we wanted to make absolutely sure we were making the right choice for our future and our family. We asked to look through the same property multiple times, and Col was always incredibly patient and accommodating. It was never an issue. Col kept us updated and informed throughout the entire process, including letting us know when there were other interested parties, and he always checked in to see where we were at with our decision. We went back and forth more times than we’d like to admit and took our time before finally deciding that this was our forever home. When we finally made that decision, Col was 100% behind us and went above and beyond to help us in every way he could. We are so incredibly appreciative of his patience, support and guidance throughout the whole process. Thankyou Col!
