Knowledge is value and with Lindas years of experience her value was exceptional.
From day one of property value to final handover day Lindas experience was invaluable. Her straightforward no nonsense approach to the value of the property, what was required to get the property ready for sale, and the handling of the sale was excellent. Lindas experience within the real estate and property rental market has given her a wealth of knowledge which she used to bring the sale of the property to a speedy sale. Her advice when needed was given expertly and quickly enabling us to effectively prepare the property quickly to a presentable sale state. We couldn't be more please with our decision to engage Linda to sell the property, it was a pleasure to work with her and her team.

Having moved interstate, and not being able to physically attend my property, Neale has taken ownership of the things we couldn't, such as organising garden maintenance. I had the pleasure of dealing with Neale during the sale of my late brothers house earlier this year. Neale had built a relationship with my brother when he first purchased the property and this continued with myself during the sale, alway professional friendly and considerate given the circumstances. Neale managed to sell the house within a couple of days of going on the market for the price we were asking, a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with could not recommend him higher.
