Amanda was an easy choice for us as selling Agent. We knew that no stone would be left unturned finding a buyer for our investment property. During our campaign the market had a downturn and instead of being panicked by that Amanda continued to provide us with valuable information helping us with our expectations. If you want under promising and over delivering you would be mad not to use her. Thanks Amanda you delivered what you said you would, we are very happy.

Amanda was highly motivated and enthusiastic for us as purchasers. A social media ad was posted and within a couple of days we had found the home we had been looking for after 12 months. As interstate purchasers communication with Amanda was clear and open. Amanda has great & extensive local knowledge and contacts which she was able to share with us. I would highly recommend Amanda to other prospective sellers and purchasers as your agent of choice.

Amanda's professionalism, care and consideration of all aspects of the selling process did not go unnoticed. I appreciated the regular market updates, respectful consultation where additional direction was required and the overall genuity in approach to the contract with Nutrien that Amanda provided. Thank you.

We couldn’t have been happier with our dealings with Amanda when purchasing our new home. She was there whenever we made contact and was always pleasant to deal with. I can safely say if we decided to sell one day then we’d use her as our agent.

Amanda is an exceptionally hard working agent. Very diligent and attentive. We had to sell our home due to an extremely difficult and sad event in our lives. Amanda went above and beyond to help us and we couldn't thank her more. Closter & Dovile family.

Amanda was very empathetic, patient and an extremely knowledgeable guide for my very emotional journey with selling my family home. Amanda was always available and the odd times when she did not answer my call she rang back within minutes. Amanda provided a detailed information pack at our initial meeting and has continued to supply handy tips on the "what to do nows". Amanda, whilst being very professional was very human - and I think that is what made my journey much easier. I know that you sign a contract and that there are the $$$ results for the agent, but Amanda has earned and deserves the $$$. Indebted and extremely grateful for Amanda.

I have brought and sold serveral homes in my time and worked with numerous agents across the board. I had a refreshing change in the process from many of the previous agents with Amanda's calm and precise approach. Concise and open with what was needed at all times and always open about what she felt was important while still able to listen to my concerns. Pointing out that any doubts I might have were unwarented. It was a releaf to just sit back and let her handle all aspects of the sale process. This is not to say this was a solo effort, with her willingness to use all of the recourses avaliable to her within the structure of the company and beyond. Amanda was always open to reaching out to her supportive team of assocists and ancillery team members. I felt like I could get on with day to day things knowing that my intrests were being well looked after. Thank you Amanda.
