I have brought and sold serveral homes in my time and worked with numerous agents across the board. I had a refreshing change in the process from many of the previous agents with Amanda's calm and precise approach. Concise and open with what was needed at all times and always open about what she felt was important while still able to listen to my concerns. Pointing out that any doubts I might have were unwarented. It was a releaf to just sit back and let her handle all aspects of the sale process. This is not to say this was a solo effort, with her willingness to use all of the recourses avaliable to her within the structure of the company and beyond. Amanda was always open to reaching out to her supportive team of assocists and ancillery team members.
