Candice was the selling agent for an investment property we recently purchased remotely. Candice’s professionalism and communication was second to none, attending to all details of the sale process as needed, going above and beyond on settlement day to ensure the property settled as planned. This was a challenging property to sell due to the sellers personal circumstances, and although Candice was working for them, not us, she made the process as easy as it could be, facilitating multiple inspections and communicating clearly and in a timely manner. If we choose to sell, we’ll be appointing Candice as our agent.
