Amber kept us informed throughout the selling process

After the house did not sell with another agent, Amber contacted me and requested to also take over the sale of mum and dad's house. She reintroduced enthusiasm into the selling campaign by using video segments into the advertisements for the house and extending the advertisements to wider forums. Amber kept us informed of the efforts put into selling the house with various open days and private showings and regular feedback. She was very quick to answer correspondence made by phone or email.
