Gerda is a genuine person that even after the sale was made continued to provide information and support - even going around to the house to switch off and on circuit breakers at the house so the electrcity could be reconnected. And the contacts Gerda provided were also professional and genuine.

Gerda rang me frequently to explain anything I was unsure about, we communicated with her ringing me and telling me to check my emails at the same time. Nothing bothered her and she went above and beyond with all that she did and sold my home in a very short time. Well done Gerda, I appreciate everything you did. Regards Marg

I first approached Gerda in her office at Peterborough SA for the potential sale of our block in Peterborough. Gerda spent the time with me immediately with no appointment to discuss options and gave me a contact number of a local business owner, who could help clear the block of land. This contact number was extremely important, professional and highly regarded. Gerda answered all of our phone calls when needed, and updated us with offers at all times. Our block was listed and sold in less than two months. The sale was made very easily with no problems whatsoever. Thank goodness for Gerda
