Finding the right house for us downsizing from a much larger property was proving to be a massive problem for us. Nothing really seemed right for both of us . Naya, out of all the agents that showed us through the countless properties we inspected, we must say , was the most understanding and courteous. She became more a friend than an agent and seemed to understand our frustration . At one stage we simply gave up and I decided to build our own . Then we received a telephone call from Naya saying she had the ideal house for us that was not yet on the market and invited us to inspect it before it did get advertised . At first I declined as I now had the plans and were negotiating a land deal but in the back of my mind I could hear Naya,s comment about our dream home and got on the net. After showing my wife and agreeing it was very close to what we wanted and in the right area we rang Naya to arrange an inspection. The rest is history we put in a price that was accepted and we are extremely happy with our new home. So Naya was correct, she noted all the things we were looking for ,was never pushy, always courteous and very efficient and we thank her for her patience and perseverance. Both Rosalie and myself have no hesitation in recommending Naya as an excellent agent to deal with .
