In general Jane managed the property satisfactorily. However Jane didn't always manage the property. In Janes absence the last tenant was allowed to mistreat the property and basic maintenance was sadly lacking, most notably the gutters at the rear of the house that needed repairs. We exercised a great deal of latitude with the tenant only to have that latitude abused. Apart from that we were satisfied with the overall management of the property. Regarding the sale of the property I thought it was slow to start but apart from that it was routine.
