Friendly hard working agent
We had Sharlene sell our property. She had worked so hard in making sure that everything, being 40 acres of land, house and sheds were represented in the most professional way to be advertised for sale. We had a few people come through then we got the offer, all in 6 weeks. My hubby and I were so happy with her manner, friendliness but also such a vast knowledge of the real estate industry. Sharlene is very relaxed and professional. Helen had presented our house like a show home, along came Sharlene with her camera and wow what great photos! On the second day we had two offers above the asking price. SOLD. No time to erect a sign at the property. If you want to sell property in the StArnaud area you need to list it with Sharlene.
