Warrick did an excellent selling job of selling our rural property at this difficult time.
Warrick's knowledge of the local market was exceptional and he persevered by updating photos of the property until he found a willing buyer. Warrick is a very personable and pleasant agent to deal with and was always ready to make himself available to all parties of the vendors. We would be more than happy to use him again if we have another property to sell and would recommend him to others.

Excellent.
Warrick was very professional when selling our property. He responded quickly with any questions we asked and went into everything in great detail. He would always accomodate us when meeting, even when it was almost always after hours. He was honest with the appraisal and did not give us any false hopes of a high price. All in all we would definitely recommend Warrick to anyone wishing to sell a property.

Went above and beyond in keeping us in the loop and went out of his way to hand deliver paperwork to ensure we could get the settlement dates we needed.
